I applied, no interview and no TBNT. Honestly I can't do $36/hr even if it is only for one year. I have a family to support. I think that their starting pay is going to greatly cut down their applicant pool, but perhaps they want it that way. A way to vet who really wants to be there?

Just catching up on this thread so I'll share:
Got interview offer on March 10.
3200 TT
992 TPIC
Hawaii time
Current 121 (regional), prior 135
ALPA safety volunteer.
Clean training record.
Met with recruiters at NGPA.
I lived in Hawaii for 36k and I know others who did it for half that as FOs riding a caravan. It was pretty much a "college" lifestyle, but it is what you make it. Not really fond of that way of living at this point, but I'll take it over a regional with a (more) uncertain future.
Good luck to all with interviews!
