Seems optimistic. It's1350 a check gross. So dice that up accordingly for what you claim. Unless you are getting over 75 or recall, I can't see getting to 3k on any month. More like 2k a month plus per diem

They do appear to be going thru apps in order received. Someone at my company who applied the first day got a phone interview. If it's like past windows, they will let you know either way, so as long as you haven't gotten a rejection email there's a chance.

Has anyone done the phone interview yet? If so, what are they asking and how long does it last approximately. I hope everyone who meets minimums gets a chance for at least a phone interview.
