What's weird is seeing your year on a chart when you're still in your 30's

And thinking, " time is flying by"

No kidding,
Really thought my year would be the last one!
Damn, why's it in the middle? Can't be so!

Based on those numbers, is it safe to say that a new hire is looking at 10+ years to an upgrade? I wonder if that will put a bit of a chill on recruitment. (probably not)

I'd say some already on the list will be at 10+....especially those not hired yet.

Only caveat is our junior trips are most airlines senior trips. So it kind of could equal that it.

Riverside, every guys situation is different.. i am the sole provider of a family of 4. Two kids in private school, mortgage in Hawaii, food clothing, utilities. Most likey my general bills are more than your take home check (if you are indeed in the 145 still).

For me it is about the money. And many others like me.

Isn't it true they are expanding their fleet tho? Won't that help with upgrade times? Or is it too small to move the scale? Also do they have domiciles anywhere but hnl? Maybe sjc? Or lax?
