Delta Nonrev Lost Baggage Info Request
So the first time I non-rev my luggage is either lost or stolen. Does anyone know how I should handle this as a non-rev S3 passenger?
Here's the current Delta Baggage Tracking History: Dec 28, 2019 04:05:00 PM LAS Mishandled File Created Dec 28, 2019 02:49:00 PM LAS Bag to be set up for delivery Dec 28, 2019 11:29:00 AM ATL Bag On Plane DL 1402 ATL-LAS Dec 28 I have also received conflicting reports of where my luggage is located. I called the Vegas Delta Baggage Claim office at 4:30pm Dec 29th and was told it was returned only for the representative to call me back 5 minutes later to tell me she was mistaken and that it's not actually there. The Delta Baggage Claim 1-800 number is telling me that it is at the Vegas airport. Any info regarding this matter is truly appreciated! Obvisiously I'm desperate if I have to go searching for answers on a pilot forum site. :( |
Try putting your complaint on the Delta forum. Not much traffic here.

You need to contact DAL customer service. Nonrev baggage is mostly handled the same as any other pax baggage. |
