APC updates…
Any one else have a problem with the page updating while reading a post in a thread? It is constantly updating and it changes page position….a PITA. Any fixes? Just started today…
|
Try logging out and back in. Accidentally worked for me.

Yes. Just started yesterday. I use an ad blocker but they must have changed something on APC because it never did this before.
Are you on a mobile device or a computer? Not sure if this will help but if you scroll down to the very bottom - as far as you can scroll down, you will see a blue bar on which at the left end there is a dropdown to select "viewing style." I had that very issue on my phone and IPAD and selecting the Mobile style helped quite a bit. You may not be able to access as many style features functions but it makes reading threads much easier. Same problem for me, page keeps jumping and finally closes with an error message saying “An error has repeatedly occurred on https://airlinepilotcentral….” None of the mentioned fixes had any effect. I had to type this message in a note and copy it in because the page wouldn’t stay open long enough to type the message before it shut down. It’s unusable on my phone, any other tricks or tips that haven’t been posted here?

Same. Back arrow the forward arrow helps
|
I had same issue using safari on iPhone. Tried chrome instead and it works fine…
|
Ditto. Mobile and Laptop doing the same thing the last couple days. Frustrating, but glad it's not just me (in a way).

OK - The "glitch" has been passed up the chain to the Administrators.
FWIW - I usually have more trouble with these issues than anyone and Firefox is working well for APC. Scoop |
Anyone know if Tapatalk will ever be supported again?
|
I'll forward this to the IB tech folks. What browsers and devices is this occuring on? More details helps them know where to start.
They are still working on the Tapatalk issue, had to elevate one that to Tapatalk. |
Seems to be safari issue. Other platforms are working...anyone else see differently?
|
I use chrome on my iPad and iPhone, both using the mobile version of the site. On my phone I had issues repeatedly the last couple of days. I’ve had zero issues on my iPad.
|
My issues is with iPad and iPhone.
I’m using chrome on both. Mobile on iPhone and browser on iPad. Everything kept up to date. |

Management paid Russian hackers. It's all a conspiracy to keep you unable to communicate, uniformed and distracted.

So active on APC AND you’re sitting at a desktop? This makes me very sad.
...and reading the TA and NNs ...and later skiing ...and then smoking a cigar on the chairlift VAC in JAN is fun. |
IB tech folks have requested as many details as you can provide, and also if possible post a video of the problem occurring.
Thanks. |
