Sticky question .

Who in here is the sticky contact individual and what are the quals . for a sticky ?
I asked for one for NAC 102 and never received a reply back .

You can always ask one of the mods or admins. The qualification for a sticky is basically that it should be one - that it's important enough to merit staying up top.
