I can't post new threads
I'm trying to post a thread in the Career Builder section but it won't work. I've tried with FireFox and MS Edge.

Also, are you on the mobile version of the site or the full version? |

If you switch browsers, does that make any difference?
Also, are you on the mobile version of the site or the full version? The only difference it makes when I switch browsers is that MS Edge shows me a 500 error, saying the site is either under maintenance or there's a coding problem. Firefox hangs up on the php page and just displays a blank page but isn't loading anything - the data doesn't appear to get sent on either. But I managed to post this thread just fine somehow. |

Are you able to make threads in other areas? Feel free to just post "test" messages - I can remove them later. :) |
Looks weird, might possible that the developers are working on that. You can try after some time. Or else you can also post here in case of any emergency question.

It let me post a question in the Flight Schools forum.. worked just fine. Obviously it let me post this thread as well. If I start a thread in one board and link it here, would you have the ability to move it to the Career Questions board?

I note the OP only has 5 posts, including this latest. Isn't there some minimum* number required for certain forums? I seem to recall not being able to post immediately when I first joined to some (but not all) forums....
*5 may be the minimum--try again! |

Well I just made a thread in the right board after trying a few times (it was really getting frustrating, haha), and then just edited in the post.
However, the thread is titled "Test Thread" and I can't edit that. |

I am having the same problems today. I'm trying to post a new thread in the Career Builder section, and then everythings habgs and I get a blank screen. It doesn't matter whether I use Firefox or Chrome, and when I try Tapatalk I get a weird message about byte length being too long (my question is only a few lines).
'Fraid to say it, but I think there's a bug in your servers somewhere. |

'Fraid to say it, but I think there's a bug in your servers somewhere. I recommend checking if you have any ad or pop up blockers running, and then investigate your firewall and see if it is blocking APC or any elements on APC. If both of those come out without issue then ask your ISP if there are any funnels on your connection that would prevent you from connecting. All of these things can cause the issue you're describing. |
I have had the same issue over and over with both safari and firefox. On phone and laptop.
Hope this gets fixed. |

Hope this gets fixed. If you clear your browsing data for APC does that help? |
problem posting
I can't seem to post any new threads, any ideas?
|
I am sorry you are having so many issues.
Can you post in other threads that have already been created? |
I'm having the same issue. Trying to post in training forum and get a blank page after submitting in Safari. Chrome gives me a euro saying APCForums.com is unable to handle this request? I'm a new member. Is there a restriction?
|
Apparently, I'm able to post to this forum and it worked. Looking at the thread here, it seems many are having issues with the Training forum?

I can't create a thread in the Part 91 and Low Time forum. I can reply there. And I've been able to create threads there in the past. But can't now.

Please go ahead and create your new thread in a forum you can post a new thread to, and I can move it to the correct forum for you. |
I can't create a new post in any forum. Can you post for me, please? If at all possible, I would like it named "Wisconsin Time Building" and posted in either flight training or part 91, please.
Hello all. As of this post, I'm a private pilot with 218 hours TT and a fresh instrument (as of 3/21/16!!). I am looking to time build. My time is in 172s and the Cherokee family. I also have 6 hours in an Arrow, but I don't have my complex endorsement yet. I live in the Green Bay area. Here are the aircraft I am aware of/have access to: Green Bay: 172s 120-130 per hour (depending on model) wet. Arrow: 160? per hour wet. Appleton: 172s 120-130 per hour wet. Pulaski: 172: 100 per hour wet M20C: 120 per hour wet I haven't met with this guy or checked out with him yet.. I know he's very busy with a full time job and instructing on the side. But I know these are available. Manitowoc: Warrior: 115 per hour wet. I am also willing and able to drive to pretty much any town/airport with enough prior planning and for a good enough deal. |

I'm asking our techs to take a look at this strange error. |
