Help from Moderators or support please!
 

I have a friend that recently changed his email address used connected to his username. I guess doing this suspends the account until you can validate that that email account. Well he didn't get the email and he is now locked out. He couldn't get in touch with support so he asked me to help by posting. Anyone that can help feel free to PM me I have his old and new email info and his phone number! Thanks!

This happened to me on 12-30-16. After several unsuccessful requests to get a confirmation email sent to me, I emailed the webmaster with the link at the bottom of the page. I received no response, but after several more requests, I got the confirmation email. It worked and I was able to restore my account.

Happened to me when I signed up, had to request the email about 15 times before I got it.
