Default Adding company to airline profiles

I work for a part 135 air carrier based in Guam. We're growing and will be adding airplanes, pilots, and mechanics. I would like to add my company to airline profiles. I've sent the "contact us" message 2-3 times and sent a PM to an administrator, but have had no response. Anyone know how to contact someone to find out if this can be done?

Just to echo the thread starter's issue, I've got an operator to add to the APC profiles, but no word yet from the Contact Us form or other means of communication. Since APC is a primary source for so many pilots looking into an operator's basic info, I've gotta figure that's a pain for the smaller guys who haven't got word back from the admins.

Still an issue.
We have sent multiple emails.
We have use daily the contact form 3 times.
We have typed the airline name and then filled in the missing airline information.

No response at all.

Oh Noo!! Hey, could I ask you, and everyone else in this thread: where are you submitting your request to us?

What form or page are you using to submit your request to us?

Valerie and I have just had a meeting to go through all the relevant places and we are investigating, and Valerie sent out a few emails today, hopefully you were one of them.

We check the email folder where those requests are "supposed" to come on a daily basis, but we think we are obviously potentially missing something.

Looks like you added us albeit incorrectly, now we have submitted the using the Have an update to get the mistakes corrected.

We used the email [email protected]

The contact us link at the bottom of the page.

Also if you type an airline in the search and it doesn't appear it automatically provides a Send airline suggestion form to fill in.
