In terms of total hours Dallas and Omaha are probably the busiest, but also have the most airplanes. If you personally want to log the most number of hours, a light or mid probably will give you the best shot. Perhaps the oma 850.

All I could say is that you would have 8 hard days off a month so probably two four day block off of ur choice a month. I would say you would average around 12-15 days flying a month around your off days. Hope that helps! Sorry but that is not something they would do. JetLinx will only hire full time pilots in my experience, we do occasionally use contract pilots but that is to fill in here and there very sporatic.

I'm looking in the KFTW or KAFW area mostly because of commute time.
