Jetlinx is hiring

I currently fly a Hawker for Jetlinx out of the DAL base. We just learned last week that there are roughly 40 open positions systemwide at JetLinx, and we also learned that once filled our schedule will improve. Currently, everyone is entitled to 5 hard days per month in addition to 15 PTO days per year. In reality though, I believe the average days worked is roughly 14 per month. I am on one of the busier accounts and am consistently around 16. The new schedule will be 8 hard days per month. There are also bonuses in place for moving days off, working more than 16 days in a month, and under the new schedule, selling a day off back to the company.

In the interest of full disclosure, anyone hired that applied through my referral link earns me a bonus and will also move me to the new and improved schedule a little quicker. So, if that is not incentive enough, I don't know what is.

In all seriousness though, if you have any questions please feel free to ask them here or send a PM.

What is the pay like? How long until you can get in the left seat?

Light-mid is 60-70k first year pay salary. Upgrade possible after 250 in type depending on your experience. Everyone is pic typed in aircraft through flight safety. Company card for expenses. Medicals paid for, uniforms, and cell phone reimbursement of 45 a month. I work on average about 12-14 days a month.

Nice. I'm currently in the 121 world with ERJ 170/190 type. Roughly about 700 hours in type. This is something I am Interested in. Do you choose your aircraft/base or is it off of company need?

Thanks for the reply

Also, how many hour do you typically fly per month?

I came from the same background you are in now. Qol was a drastic and welcomed change. Night and day compared to a regional. I fly about 20-30 ish hours a month. Upgrade can be given as early as 100pic in type. We swap seats and logging is done that way for company purposes for their time records. Each base has different aircraft. Depends on what base ur wanting to fly for.

Cool. What are the typical days/trips like? How much international travel? And work duties outside of flying?
