Legacy 600 Captain & First Officer - Missouri
Supplemental info:
All Jet Linx pilots get 8 hard days off per month. We bid for days off on a monthly basis.
A day rate of 300$ applies for every day over 16 days worked per month. Able to sell back up to 3 days per month for $500 each if/when staffing needs arise.
2 hour callout for short popup trips in home base, plus one more hour to preflight and get in the air.
Standby duty days run from 8am - 5pm when you have no flight assignment scheduled.
Salaries are negotiable. Management has told us that they use the Part 135 "High" average numbers from the ProPilot Mag survey as the starting point for negotiations.
Benefit Package is pretty good, including medical (HSA/FSA or PPO plans), dental, vision. Premiums are reasonable compared to other places I've worked. Not the best, but better than many.
401K- 100% company match up to 6% of salary (max employee contribution 18k / year.)
Company pays Accidental Death, Long & short term disability insurance 100%
PTO years 1-4 with the company is 16 days annual, accrued @ rate of 1.3 days/ month.
Medical exams are paid for. Annual Uniform allowance. Known Crewmember is paid for. Passport renewals paid for. $45/month cell phone allowance.
Crew Meals go on company credit card when on duty. Spending allowance is $50 / day but not firm; some destinations are expensive.
Crewmembers choose their own hotel and transportation as well.
You can go to Jet Linx Aviation Careers and apply on Jobvite if interested. Thanks!

Bases / home based?
Benefits, other than above? Airline miles, hotel points?
The post above is below average, especially in time off.

2500 hours is the min for NetJets. 7 on 7 off schedule and pretty much live wherever you want with over 100 domiciles. Lots of airline miles and hotel points too. Benefits are much better too except no cellphone allowance because they give you a company iPhone with worldwide AT&T service. Only real downside is long upgrade times to Captain.
I think Jet Linx is going to have a tough time recruiting except maybe for pilots who already live in their bases, or ones who have sketchy training and employment records.
