Sichuan Airlines
Sichuan Airlines and VOR Holdings will conduct interviews in Milan, Italy on September 11 through 16. Interviews include SIM check and are completed in 24 hours or less. Airfare and hotel room provided to qualified candidates.
VOR Holdings' candidates will receive a $60,000 USD or $40,000 USD sign-on bonus at Sichuan Airlines. Additionally Sichuan Airlines Captains receive an additional $10 USD per flight hour per year of service. At year five, earn up to $352,800 USD per year plus overtime. Captains with ten years of service will earn up to $388,000 USD per year plus overtime.
Below are the details of the Sign on Bonus:
1. CAAC ATP Holders: $60,000 USD
$50,000 USD for Captains hired by December 31, 2018
$10,000 USD more for Captains that start within 30 days after completing the screening process
2. New CAAC ATP Captains: $40,000 USD
$30,000 USD for Captains hired by December 31, 2018
$10,000 USD more for Captains that start within 30 days after completing the screening process.
Additionally, Sichuan Airlines has increased the age limit to under 59. China will increase the age limit to 63 soon.
Sichuan Airlines is THE fastest path to fly in China. The city of Chengdu is one of the best cities to live in; especially for families.
Compensation per month (net received by pilot after airline has paid taxes in China):
Option A (45 days annual leave): $25,150 USD per month
Option B (103 days of leave per year): $20,700 USD per month
Option C (161 days of leave per year): $16,600 USD per month
Option D (1 month ON, 1 month OFF): $15,100 USD per month (every month)
A320/321 Captains will have the opportunity to move to the A330 at Sichuan Airlines
If you have at least 1000 PIC hours in the A319/320/321, 5,000 hours total time, current within 12 months and are under the age of 59, please contact us to schedule your interview in Milan.
