Unless I missed it, it's not in the ad. So what does Textron consider competitive pay these days?

They might be hesitant to say, now that there are positions CONUS with similar pay and the ability to sleep with the wife, at night. I came home just about 2 years ago, and I'm almost making what I made downrange, and I'm home almost every night. Things sure are different, now.

That's kind of what I was wondering. Are they staying competitive in this quickly changing market, or are they paying the same as 2-5yrs ago and just lowering their requirements.
