American Eagle Cadet Program

Asking for two young and budding aviators. The first is my daughter who has about 30 hours, is working on her PPL, and has enrolled in Middle Georgia State University. The second is my daughter's CFI, a mid-20's lady with about 500 hours and no degree.

It is my understanding that they both qualify for consideration under the AE Cadet program, but it's unclear to me how it would work for each of them. Does anybody have any experience, knowledge, and/or advice for either one?

Thanks...

I’m just throwing out another option here. MGSU is a part of Delta’s Propel Program. It’s worth a look.

Good luck to them both in whatever path they take.

Yes, my daughter will certainly apply for that while at MGA. Each program has its own advantages and disadvantages, from what I can tell.
