Ice Pilots NWT is hiring...

You will need to wait until next summer but this company does banner towing with C-150-180hp aircraft. No tailwheel time needed.

The company you linked to actually uses Citabrias. It's the other operator on the field that uses the 180 HP C150's. (Not sure what their name is)

I would just bite the bullet and get your CFI, the CFI certificate is actually one of the cheapest ones to get. It's just depends how much work you are willing to put into it. Mostly its self study and practicing teaching in front of the white board, the flying is all the maneuvers of your csel just from the right seat and talking about what you're doing. Shouldn't be too hard if you are proficient. You don't need to go to one of those fancy schools, just find a local 2 year CFI at a flight club that can provide some training and sign you off.
A buddy of mine got his CFI last August and is now interviewing for the airlines... the longer you push it away the longer it's going to take to get to the airlines.
Most other places that hire low time guys want at least 500h
And besides, instructing can be very fun and rewarding. It will most definitely sharpen your skills and knowledge.

I believe they have a deal where they pay for your CFI once you sell your soul.

Found this on their website “ We are no longer accepting applications for this position.”

Check out Cape Air. They are hiring First Officer's and will pay for your ATP. There is a contract to fulfill after reaching Captain. The flying is fun and it's scheduled part 135. You also get flight benefits.

I thought I'd cut corners back in the day not getting my CFI and getting a part 135 job instead. I was wrong. I think CFIing should be mandatory for every pilot out there. Teaches you a lot and you can get your 1500 way faster than with most other jobs out there.
