It's a great place to work. you don't have to be at the end of your career to be an instructor pilot, You don't have to have lost your medical. You can still fly on the outside if you desire. Home every night.

I wouldn't waste too much of your time applying there. One of their recruiters called me about being a Phenom 100/300 instructor there and than told me about the 2 year training contract.

Notice how the guy who said it was a great place to work only has 1 post.
