I don't know of a flight school that would refuse a CFI. I've landed at many airports when the weather craps out and I've been offered a CFI job at almost all of them.

Not a bad gig at ERAU....free degree and all. Assuming I'd be instructing a year from now, it might be worth it.

Is the hourly wage per flight hour? If not that wouldn't be to bad. They'd probably be willing to negotiate.

let me know when they pay for your initial CFI and I'm there!

Daniel Webster needs CFIs too. New England isn't the beach (coast is an hour away), but they hire you with only a CFI. Pay for your CFII/MEI, health / dental benefits, monthly currency in all a/c, education benefits- including free master's degree, base pay in addition to blocks and only a 3 or 4 day a week schedule. Any work outside your regular schedule is 2x pay. Its a good deal.

The pay and raises are all contractual, so there's no room to negotiate. Not a bad gig overall, though I'd like to see a higher hourly rate. Can't beat guaranteed students though. When you upgrade to the multi, you'll have no problem getting a hefty amount of multi time in short order. I've logged 98.7 multi in the last 90 days, so it's good flight time.
