I think he is saying that if you want to instruct to build time (since their mins are low for hiring), call these guys. Just my guess...

They are hiring a couple traffic pilots to start in jan.. I posted the website so you can send them your resume..

Traffic pilot has to be best way of building time, easily fly 3-4 hours each morning or afternoon, beats instructing
