From the link...

If applicable provide a copy of your SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action, indicating your initial appointment to the FAA or DoD as an Air Traffic Control Specialist prior to your 31st birthdate. SUPPORTING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF APPLICATION WITH AAC-AAT-09-CTO. Documentation can be faxed to (405) 954-5766 or (405) 954-6393."

You can't, but put the resume in, its the first one I have seen in awhile that did not require a special code to get into it. I know someone who was hired last fall with no exp. and it was like this. They are hurting for people, and will be for some time, they are trying to be picky, but if they have to hire x amount of people and not enough apply that have exp. or went to ATC school they will take people off the street from resumes submitted to listings like this, I know people who have been hired off the street this way. If you got a CPL you will stick out from the general public as well. For something like this apply to all the listings you can, usually you need a code to even get into the application.

The open to public w/ no prior experience posting will say "PUBNAT" in the title.

Check out the link below for more info.

OTS - Off the Street - Air Traffic Control - ATC - Aviation

I put my application in. Did not qualify and the system told me right after I finished my application because I was not a former employee or military controller. But it doesn't hurt to get my info in the system and see what happens.

Sounds like the FAA is poaching the DoD.

it let me put in an application so idk, if u can get it to submit then your doing yourself a favor, at least your in it, keep checking for new postings, the more you submit the better, at least us guys with CPL's SHOULD! be ahead of the general public

The maximum entry age is 30 year of age. Bah.

This looks like a gap filler position, available only to those with prior experience. (DoD, USAF, USN, MC, A, FAA.) Probably at low density towers.

Go to FAA.gov to get the info on a career position.
