Job Description Must be knowledgeable of the contents of the company manuals and regulations. Participate in interviewing, hiring and discipline of crew members. Additionally, responsible for the annial review of all crew members. Administer all position, equipment, domicile, and payroll changes as appropriate to crew members. Act as a pilot as required to maintain flight proficiency. Participate in company meeting.

Qualifications Three years of airline operations experience. Type rating in Company aircraft. Must meet 14 CFR 119.67 (b) (1-2). Basic computer skills. Typing and word processing skills. Knowledge of company policies, procedures and standards.
