Just saw a posting for a 91 operator looking for an F/O in MEM. Anyone know anything about this?

Description:
Full time F/O required for Part 91 flight operations. This position will assist the Flt. Mgr. with the following:
Updating navigation subscription
Aircraft appearance
Hangar Maintenance
Office management
Trip planning
Accounting
And any other duties of the flight department.

Requirements:
1000TT and 250 Multi, Commercial, instrument
