In twenty years of living in the Killeen area, I have never seen CTC hire outside instructors. Things must be getting tough for it to come to this.

do they still require 100 hours multi before you can instruct in the twin? If so that may be why they are having trouble finding someone to work there.

Im currently a Commercial Student of the school and I also work part time as a Hanger rat. Great 141 school, well maintained fleet but as of now they have plenty of instructors. In fact a couple more are coming online in the next few months. There was a need last year for some but currently we have enough. And yes you do need 100 hrs multi to intruct in our 310R.
