Default Sim Instructors At Colgan?

Could this be the beginning of something ?????.....

I see theyre looking for a Saab and a Q sim/ground instructors?

Good luck to all and hope this is a good start

That brought about some good things at Colgan. I just had my PC this month and I must say the stall scenarios were great. There were multiple real world scenarios in multiple configurations and altitudes. There were also stick pusher demos with recoveries after numerous "pushes".

Too bad such a terrible event had to bring on such good training.

I don't know if I'd want to be under that microscope right now...it's like doing a military flyby at an airshow. Can't win, best case is a push...

XJ switched to this about 8 years ago...one of the better things they did in training.
