So ATP hourly requirments, will this be the norm as regionals begin to open things back up?

It used to be the norm (or greater) until the hiring spree that happened over the last few yrs.

I would be surprised if anyone at a Part 121 airline ever got hired again without an ATP.

This has always been the norm for compass. All new hires are typed so they are required to meet all of the ATP mins.

It's NOT a requirement to have an ATP for type rating issuance.

The type rating will simply have an A, C, or P for level of certificate that can be exercised in said type rating required aircraft.
