Seneca pilot
#12
People are just commenting on the difference in times when you could get into the right seat of a jet airliner with far less than half that required time and now, due to circumstances, WELL above ATP mins are required to fly a Seneca. Times certainly swing from one end of the spectrum to another don't they? Good luck to all who apply and thanks for posting the information. I hope that anyone that applies , and or hears more about this opportunity, will come back and share with the rest of us.

No worries. I agree, times change quick in the crazy world of aviation when it comes to hiring.
With this company it's about PIC experience since they(the corporate pax) need to feel safe.
The mins are also on the high side since it's single pilot IFR and they want to see those skills already in place for when the time comes to transition into the King Air.
At least the pay rate is on par with the higher minimums.
When I get the nod from the boss I will post some more details.

A wise Irishman once told me.
If "if's" and "but's" were candies and nuts,
we'd all have a merry Christmas.
