Hawaiian Airlines FO on findapilot.com. Does anyone know the number of new hires they are looking for?

It was also on Bizjetjobs.com. I'm sure the number of new hires is soo low, that it won't matter for us.

5... They already have people from Aloha waiting to be brought on board. They have to post hiring FO's to avoid flack...

They're looking for 13 right now. Probably more throughout the summer.

how far does ohana get you on the hiring list?

lots of ohana action here so it just depends on how important or well respected they are. im really suprised though, ohana can get you in with low time, relatively (no pic, no jet, etc).

yup 13 for now but i think a few, if not all, of those slots are taken. i think the hiring window is to replenish the pool.

How far does haole get you on the hiring list? :)

Hawaiian Airlines will be commencing the pilot hiring process again in the near
future. This hiring will address the crewing requirements associated with our
operating plans as currently forecast. As you can imagine we anticipate an
overwhelming response for a very limited number of positions. In order to make
this process as orderly as possible we are providing you this notice of our
plans to post the openings on www.hawaiianair.com until Friday, June X 2010.

Our records indicate that you have previously participated in the Hawaiian
Airlines hiring process as a pilot applicant. If you are still interested and
would like to be considered for a current pilot position, please take this

will pull up if you remember your password and this will be a relatively quick
process.

I got the same thing. Went back and updated my stuff. What the heck!

I updated my stuff too. I flew 600hrs since my last app.

I've flown 975hrs more since my last app. I emailed "El Jefe" with my updates. :)

P.S. Mines bigger than yours. :)
