Things are moving here at Atlas. On the latest vacancy bid the junior 747 captain now has a hire date of 26 April 2010. 5 years and four months to captain in the whale is pretty good time!

I think the junior Capt was a 2008 hire on the initial award, but atleast one change was driven by a person who had to turn down the upgrade due to a family situation. From looking at the seniority list it appears as if there was zero hiring between the class that started 7/30/08 and the class that started 4/26/10 so we went from '08 to 2010 as the junior 747 Capt as the changes happened.
