Atlas Air Hiring
The 767 is where all the cool kids are, anyway! As far as 767 pilots not bidding ANC, everyone who's come off seat lock and wanted to transitioned has transitioned. Few, if any, are holding ANC (and are doing so voluntarily). It was a concern for a little while that they were playing games up in Purchase, but it turns out the concern was unfounded. A good number have recently transitioned directly from the 767 to a lower 48 -400 base, IIRC.
Personal preference, I suppose. More than that gets unwieldy, IMO. 100 questions, 60 minutes. Time is of the essence, and honestly, any pilot with a laptop would fit the bill. Google is the real expert.
Read the question, select the first answer that you think fits best, tag it if you're unsure, come back to it if you have time. Skip the time-suck questions until after the first pass.
It works pretty well.

Dang you want to help? Has there been any word on where Atlas might be showing up for job fairs in the future? I know they'll be at the FAPA thing in DC on the 24th but I can't make that one. Any bets on them being at any of the aero crew solutions fairs this fall and winter?
I did the test a few days ago. Waiting for a call. Anyone else in the same boat? Don't know when to expect the call, if I get it.
I didn't find the test that hard, although I had studied for about five days straight while sitting reserve, taking no breaks except for sleep and to watch the Dodgers games, . I thought it was honest, straight-forward, and no real tricks. If you study what has been talked about previously on this thread, you're good to go.

If you took the assessment a while ago (for an earlier interview cycle) but never connected on the phone interview, my advice is different: Don't be patient... You may have drifted off their radar. Send an email or try to call (lotsa luck getting through on the phone this week) to let them know you're still interested. I speak from experience on this...
Best of luck!
