I assumed their definition of "moving violation" was pretty standard?

Also, I have been robbed only once in my life. It was in Doral.

I believe traffic convictions was the term, unless if you contest it and go to trial, instead of just paying a fine, it's a conviction....or were intoxicated, which is a crime, who cares?
I'd hire a guy with 20 speeding tickets if he wasn't a criminal or reckless....it's just speeding....

Doral? ...bastards!

Spend the $10 and get an official driving record. Whatever it states there is what counts. Often, if there is no contest, then it is counted as a conviction since you essentially plead guilty. That's how it works in Florida. I've had a couple of "no contest" and it shows as a conviction.

Obviously it hasn't affected you, but I'd still be careful. When asked for any moving violations it's best to just disclose. A moving violation is worlds different from a DUI.

Putting some kind of pants on is generally a good rule for life.
