I was called several times for an interview but I couldn't make it happen with the first invites.
12k+ total, 2 type ratings, 7k+ jet PIC. 121/135/91 background. I had internals, but I have no idea if they ever made it to the interview board.

Nope, staffing the base is not problematic bcs they are free to assign the base to new hires (like most airlines).....it does create a revolving door in ANC. Certainly not our problem but that is how it's been happening.

Kinda. Doesn't really matter about seniority.
No, but you are free to nap sitting the sort.
Rest seat in the cabin. I can sleep there, so it is possible.
How many monthly credits? Rig for the pattern.
We're kind of a big deal as far as crews go.
Upside, people holding out for the whale will always be junior to you here.
