Our lead steward, a 4 yr 767 Capt, a tireless union volunteer, a stud in our ranks... just resigned and is headed to UPS... anyone still think there's a chance this gets sorted soon? Not me...

Yeah that's the ticket, take your toys and leave, that will show them! And while you're at it, go ad hominem too! And we wonder why they won't negotiate with us.

BTW it's a company paid duty period with company execs during which you say you would pull that ill advised stunt. Sounds like a great way to wind up in a section 19 hearing. There's probably a more productive way to handle the situation that resides somewhere above the third grade level...

I would have been better to point out to Mr. Dietrich that he is a lawyer, just like I am a pilot. I could go around and tell everyone that I am a businessman also, but my resume says "pilot". His resume says "attorney". Everybody has dreams of grandeur, I suppose.

He keeps this up, Mr. Flynn may find a new COO after all this is settled. The fact that Mr. Flynn came to charm school calm the campesinos and "rap" with them tells me that Mr. Dietrich has a credibility issue.

My comment was more satirical than serious. Im sorry, but as a Southern Air pilot, that just made me angry (Dietrich, not you).

You guys should be very angry right now. We appreciate the fight you guys are putting up. I wish we could do more to help.
