Atlas Air Hiring
If Omni approves their contract, new hires will get about $115/hour, and Max FO rate is about $200/hour.
Kalitta has significantly better pay rates than Atlas, also. Sun Country has better work rules, and decent pay...SC is especially good if you live in or move to MSP, which is one of the best cities in the US to live in.

--------
First year at Atlas 40k
Second year at Atlas 75k
21 day trips, with a commute to Anchorage
CBA FOR ATLAS ??? Guess what- we have one day of negotiations scheduled for April.

Yes, because being a haughty little smart ass is an ingredient for guaranteed success in life...
You know what? Since you clearly know better than the MULTIPLE sources of well-intended advice here, c’mon over. You and your ilk deserve nothing more.

Sure your legacy of choice or FedEx might not call tomorrow, but if there are better places, why not hang out there.
Compass is hiring and offers a signing bonus. So are most other regionals.
Don't want to work for a regional, Spirit is hiring.
Instead of telling those around you to apply, maybe you should tell them how much happier you are after making the jump.
Didn't say I want to come personally, but in all seriousness with everyone and their dog hiring it shouldn't be too hard to move on.

If you have no interest in Atlas, that’s great... but perhaps you could more meaningfully contribute to conversations back at your Compass forum.

Unsolicited career advice and “pointers” on internet commentary from a regional FO are not things in which any other participant in this thread would likely have any interest.

Unless you've got 5 years left in the industry from the way you're selling things, it would sound like even a 60 year old Atlas pilot would be better compensated and enjoy more QOL anywhere else.
