NO I AM NOT THE ONE saying "Retirment LOA was shut down by CK". I am just asking for more information on the LOA and data theft.

The last contract/amalgamation predates me by a few years.

What did we get in exchange for turning down the LOA? Anything?

What data was stolen?

Guess there was another conference call considering all the replies.

Hope your not on UB/FPL while posting here. How many merit badges do you have as Kirchner calls them? Your posting here is logged, so maybe you shouldn't be here for the benefit of our union local collectively. CK isn't smart enough, so maybe you could elevate some of our leadership..

I held five positions with this current administration until the FPL amendment that passed. Then I was removed immediately. I've held numerous chair positions and many other committee member positions, though I never ran for office. I have helped organize or attempted to organize four places to include a desertification of ALPA to join another here under IBT. Over 25 years of union volunteering.

Right now it seems like a pension was turned down and we got NOTHING in return? WTF!

Also what data was taken? when?
A current exco member was at that time on the retirement committee (jonnyknoxville). Made multiple postings here about it here, sabotaging it for the leadership. The company regarded it as negotiating in public and withdrew from any further talks despite what the ExCo and IBT Intl wanted. The ExCo, at the time, asked me to investigate and CK showed up as jonnyknoxville when tracking the posts to include secondary verification when he logged into the union site. You can go back to the posts listed in my previous post as a place to start.

As I was told from IBT International, not local 1224, it was a modified administrative 401k/pension mixed type of plan. Won't go into it much because it was shot down by knoxville's efforts giving the company an out. Supposedly, the company didn't care much until it showed up here as a topic. Personally, I told the ExCo that it would have been easier to subpoena APC for the info, but they didn't want to go that way then. Guess they were a little more economically driven then vs our current ExCo.

The data was that which is normally given to Teamsters Local from new members during indoc at that time. To include misspelled email addresses, names etc the nextgen servers had that tipped us off. Reverse tracking to the Nextgen databases which may be viewed as sketchy by the DOL seems to have a new light on them from the voluntary emails forwarded during that time. The ExCo at that time didn't seem interested in pursuing unlike how our current ExCo willing to make false charges at a drop of a hat.

I myself, considering what happened, don't have a problem with talking to the DOL. Especially after a failed attempt by our ExCo to burn me for similar accusations after the FPL passage.

I'm all for new ideas, but most folks don't know their ideas are not new. Just new to themselves. We've been fighting the RLA for about eighty years and we seem to repeat the same errors.

Give me an idea that hasn't been done or an old one with a new twist to it.

At least you are not on UB/FPL responding to this. Kudos.

See the earlier post. We are in mid repeat mode now.

My facts are pretty strait, just couldn't get anyone willing to burn you sorry excuse of a human by the ExCo. Something our current leadership is willing to do without proof or cause to extend their agenda judging from the FPL amendment election investigations that netted 0 convictions.

Whats this current exco's mantra, "screw the 1224 bylaws and constitution!"

Don't you have some FA's to harass or negotiations study to do?

"NextGen Servers" and "NexGen Database"?!? We were five pilots looking to go in a new direction with the union, we were not trying to build out the next google.com, but don't let me stop you from your great stories. FACTS are some much less interesting.

It amazes me how much free time you have and how much you care about this stuff, you know, with your multinational telecommunications corporation that you own, oh that and the Gulfstream corporate jet. I almost forgot about the 16,000 acres in Costa Rica (maybe its 20,000 or 30,000 by now). You probably have people who manage all that for you and you just like to whine about your pension you thought Carlson was going to give you. It would have at least paid for a little Gulfstream APU burn right?

By the way, I have never commended you on the absolutely amazing investigative work you did with a forensic investigation into my IP address. What program did you use to figure out that my username JonnyKNOXville has my last name in it? Maybe you were able to hack into NSA and use their computing power to get that job done. Impressive sir, impressive.

As far as your previous union work goes, you never miss an opportunity to bring it up yet I am not so sure that I would, considering the results of such work. Being on a committee in name but accomplishing nothing is, well, nothing to brag about. I am sorry to break the news to you that no participation trophies are handed out for harassing actual union leaders while you type away on the computer in your mom's basement.

I can't wait for your next response. I am going to guess it will be something similar to all the rest. Lies, lies, lies, a slither of truth but with a major curve ball for an attempt at credibility. Lies, lies, more lies. Throw in a link that quotes yourself to make another attempt at credibility. Lies, lies, and more lies. A claim of incredible computer abilities and years of union experience that can not be backed up by anyone but yourself. Lies, lies, more lies. A claim that we have some elaborate UB scam going on. Lies, lies, and more lies. A call placed to your retired buddy in Seattle to request that he post in support of your lies so you don't look like the loner you are.

Don't you have anything better to do? Why don't you go back to your split level in TX and spend some time with the family. Maybe get some professional help with your Sociopathic Behavior too while you are at it.

Nice comments s.i. Classy is not a word I would use, but nasty and childish comments from adults seems to be in vogue these days.

Well, when I deal with the same guy’s obsessive behavior for over four years where the truth never seems to matter to him, at some point, taking the high road is no longer the right option.

If he has such a problem with me and my team leading our pilots then he should run for office.

I'm not on UB currently, but I will be next week in order to sit across from management in Purchase to work on the behalf of this pilot group. That, of course, also includes you. Thank you for your support, I guess.

By the way, the UB is on days on, which blew apart my pattern and cost me a fair amount of CRT. The idea that we're all banking "fat stacks" on UB is a downright fabrication.

Amen. It doesn't matter what he's done in the past; it matters what he's doing now. Thanks for your work.

Thanks for the good work, Johnny. My Exco speaks for me. Can't believe the language from Mr. Impact, I just don't understand how these cats can call themselves professionals.

I've known some pretty paranoid folks in my time, but REALLY? "Reverse tracking to the Nextgen databases which may be viewed as sketchy by the DOL" ??

What are you, Jason Bourne?

There’s only a few that are UBing every work day and VXing every off day.
