Default Congrats

For the chaps I've been talking with, it was never a doubt. I knew you would get hired, I am only sorry there was no betting line in Vegas, it was an easy bet. You guys worked your butts off to make it to Atlas.

From the sidelines, this made my day. Very happy to see some great folks hired.

For those of us on the sidelines, let's keep the Faith. Let no one get you down. The HR Code will be broken---- perhaps we can kidnap a few HR types and try out some of those extraordinary tactics.

A toast was made tonight in your honor ( actually several toasts since I got a nice deal on Euros).

Nope, not only military folks. They hired me w/out any military flight time. That said, it was a very long, slow process. Patience is KEY!

Best of luck to those trying!

Last class that started (I believe) had 12 744 and 20 767...but about half of the 767 new-hires were from the 1224 fast-track and are (likely) on a short course for the 767.

Good luck.
I'm in Miami now. You can hardly swing a dead cat by the tail without hitting an Atlas new hire. Congratulations to each and every one of you!

That is true. Just under 4 weeks from the start of indoc to finishing up with Cat II/III. Aggressive schedule, but I like it!

Make that 22 for the 767 and, yes, short courses for all who qualify; 3 fixed, 3 sims and a PC.

2/25 for me. I think others are right around the same, plus or minus a day.

Nice. More senority for the rest of us, however, its a double edge sword......More third seat PB time (paper *****) while you guys do OE. No worries. At least it will be a while before you are forced to fly with 744Driver!
