Flew with a new guy that's in a pool and he said over half of his new hire class has been hired at Delta or United, so attrition is coming soon.

No doubt Atlas can be an awesome experience builder for someone, but with the current CBA and financial considerations of other places, it's a harder long term sell, that's all.

Dead on. If anyone comes to Atlas just to fly the 74, the luster on that pig wears off fast. It is just an airplane, there is nothing magic about it. To enjoy it here, you better love the long haul international the most.
