Internal recommendations are the first things they look for. All recommendations are submitted through "airlineapps.com" and are electronic. They sort out apps that have recommendations with e-mail addresses ending in "@delta.com"

If I have one of these from a current FO, will a recc. from a retired Delta Captain that was a check airman and also involved in hiring also help, or is it all automated sorting until they actually make calls?
