Horizon Air Hiring
#21
For those that applied, quick, random question...was there any way to upload your resume other than the 'ol "copy and paste" method? I was trying to attach a word document, but it seems the only option was to copy and paste...thoughts?? (besides telling me to take a computer class...)

Suppose I'll be the first to face the nation.
I got the "thanks but no thanks" email today. 2 letters of recommendation, 2300 TT with 1500 hours of 121 time, and a college degree.
No worries though. I still think that they are a great company.

I'd keep trying if you want to work at QX. Alaska is supposed to be hiring 382 pilots in the next 3 years and more than a few will be current QX pilots.

Via a company memo: Each time the app window will open (every 3-4 weeks) Applicants will have to reapply. Interviews will be roughly 2 weeks after the app window closes. Then the classes will be a few weeks after that...
Sorry you got the "thanks no thanks" it always sucks. If you have a buddy at QX ask him to call someone and get the low-down.
