Expect hiring to slow industry wide due to the holiday season at the end of the year. The numbers posted above show the current vacancies for new hires.

For reference some of the transition class dates aren't until may of next year so don't expect a sudden hiring boom based off of those numbers. Now the 4 Q's coming next spring might do that... but I never said that....

The Lynx Qs? The Q fleet manager was talking about them in RGS earlier this week.

What's up with these Q's? "new" aircraft as far as the contract?

(if you new guys don't get it, I am being sarcastic. Welcome aboard, and good luck. )
I got hired 2 months ago right as everyone started dropping mins. Right as I got 100me I got the interview and job and then others started dropping mins and I had a sept 12 class but it got pushed back but already turned down interviews. I also don't want to go to eagle for personal reasons but that's a different story. I also don't mind props because I figure upgrade could be quicker than 4 years at eagle, xjt, or Asa. Chuck is not hiring FAs anymore? Bummer. JK I heard those stories

I am assuming this is true for Memphis but I got hired 2 months ago and they were behind on training. They told me in an email they expect to have a class each month until may 2012. I am assuming that is for everyone in the pool and they might pick up interviewing/hiring soon. I don't know but there r most likely a good bit in the pool because email said mesaba, colgan, and pinnacle so that sounded like anyone in an pool is going to colgan first due to Saab/q400 being intro before jets
