I see they are finally replacing some of the jobs in Flight Test that were cut during the crisis of 2008- 2009. Positions like this one in FT are desk jobs that can be turned into flying jobs given enough time and drive.

Job Summary: Assistant to Ground Operations Leader
Responsibilities:

Assist in administrating the certification documents such as Conformity Requests
Assist in routing Certification Plans to ensure on time completion for certification test tasks.
Prepare and ensure Type Inspection Authority readiness for certification flight testing.
Coordinate Special Inspection and First Flight Readiness Review for sustaining and/or new projects when necessary.
Assist on coordination with all civil, military and governmental agencies interacting with Engineering Flight Test activities.
Assist in managing the Engineering Flight Test web applications, permissions, and database administration.
Duties also include some administrative duties to support Engineering Flight Test.

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or combination of related Technical Degree and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Requirements:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Familiarity with flight test coordination, requirements and procedures is desired.
Mainframe, PC and database experience is highly desired.
TIA and conformity process experience is recommended.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, is desired.
