Default Part 91 Citation XLS

I have the ear for a guy helping with interviews to find a CA and FO for positions flying a P91 Citation XLS. The client is an area businessman who understands and values the position(s) and what business aviation can do for him and the company.

CAs - type preferred but not required for the right applicant. Hrs approx -
ATP, 5,000 TT, TPIC/ME commensurate with experience. Former P121/military or someone looking for a jump to corporate side from the airlines desirable. If an FO hasn't been found by the time the CA is hired then s/he will more than likely be able to help chose the FO.

FOs - type preferred again, but not required. Owner can be expected to type. 2,500 TT, TPIC/MEL commensurate with experience again.

Salary will also be commensurate with Pro Pilot Survey range for CA/FO positions for category; but it is negotiable. CA/FO will be full time employees of the company and get all benefits and coverages afforded to employees.

The airplane is based out of Wiley Post Airport (KPWA), Oklahoma City, OK Both positions will fly in both seats. This is not a position where the FO (right seater) just raises the gear and talks on the radio. I am told most trips are days trips with very few night on the road. Most travel seems to be down to and around TX with some trips out to CA. There is a third pilot who will fill in for weekends, vacations, sick days, etc.... This pilot has been with the owner a long time and is involved in the hiring process; this is the ear I have. He has asked me to help find him quality applicants as he knows that I frequent this site.

Interested parties can contact me via PM for more details or post your questions on the thread. I'll answer anything that I can.

Any chance for RELO EXPENSES?
Or is it a job that is MON-FRI and I can get home on weekends?

In this market I doubt seriously that there would be relocation expenses paid.
I'm sure there would be some weekends on the road, but from what I am being told - not many, and then there is that third *reserve type* pilot who can cover at time too.

Thanks for all of the responses to the inquiry.
Selections have been made for both the CA and FO positions.
If you responded to me via PM but didn't get a personal e-mail I apologize.
I'm reiterating the fact here so that no one who sent in a resume is waiting around to hear. I'll get my eyes and ears open for anything else in the area. Thanks again to all of those who took the time to apply.
