$60-80 depending on experience. If this is the piston delivery job described in the ad, then it is an entry level flying job. They were not the highest company for base salary but benefits were very good. Lots of things like 401k matching, easy vacation, free type ratings, spouse benefits, easy transfer within the company. When I was there perks were a large part of the pay. I thought it was more than worth it, they emphasize community rather than large base pay. Big flying club with new airplanes, 2 gymnasiums, many things like that. I heard they cut a lot of that out though due to the Recession. It used to be a great company to work for and probably still is pretty good.
