As of December 2012 onward, all hiring is for CRJ. If you're in the pool, you're in the pool for CRJ. No plans to do any hiring for ERJ at least perhaps not until the latter part of this year.

People are being called for a class beginning March 18. Good luck to the swimmers!

In addition to this statement, this is for the CRJ and domicile is TBD.

Does this mean classes will continue after the 18th?

Well, since this class hasn't actually been announces to us by the company (we found out about it from guys who were called for the class) we have no clue as to what time line the company has for additional classes. Sorry.

What's the class size for March 18?

Can someone post the payscale? It's not on APC or their website. Thanks.

Hiring 48 pilots and Upgrading 40...ERJ Ops

We have evaluated our block hours for the remainder of 2013 and have made the decision to hire 48 pilots to support the ERJ operation and upgrade an additional 40 First Officers. The position notice for the upgrades will be posted later today. The first new-hire class of 16 will start March 25 and continue every two weeks until 48 have started training. We have slated the first upgrade class to start May 6.
