The face to face definitely helps, assuming you have no secondary issues like high number of checkride failures/speeding tickets etc.

Got a call from the recruiter, summary of his words...looks like they are interviewing with plans to hire to a short pool in order to be ready to fill 9 new aircraft (type not mentioned) within the next ~2 months and 34 new aircraft (maybe total) in the longer term (nothing specified).
I thought I read somewhere else of guys having a late September interview, I go in Oct. I'm military, >4000 TT, 2500 PIC. Hope this helps, good luck. |
