NEw airline opened a couple weeks ago.

You are about 2 years too late with this announcement.......They have been going through FAA Approvals for the past 2 years.....They are NOT Yet Certified to fly.....They STILL have to do Proving runs.....The posting on the website(which has been up for the past 2 years)...was looking to fill Check Airman Positions via AIR APPS.....

They have been pushing back their launch date since they projected starting Fall 2010....Then Spring 2011.....then Fall 2012.....by now it's probably pushed back to Spring 2013.....

They are SLOWLY getting parts of their program approved and are SLOWLY creeping toward eventual FAA Certification....They are also trying to secure aircraft (E-170's)leases and more financing...

They have a Facebook page that has been giving more up to date infor on what stage the certificatrion process is in and when they plan to begin interviewing Line Pilots and the potential 2013 start date....

If you live in South Orange County California....It's worth waiting for
