Anyone know what the starting pay is for this position at their Charlotte training facility?

I dont think you want to apply to that. I think that position will be going away shortly.

Not enough. Plus you will not gain respect of the crews. All of the previous instructors were high seniority people making a good amount of money. Now they are getting rid of them to bring in the bottom feeders.
