Default Any recent news for Dynamic Aviation?

I've got 1,200/300 and an A&P/security clearance. I've not been doing this long, but long enough to know that meeting mins means nothing. What's the hiring climate like at Dynamic? Do you think they'll show any interest in me? I know we have a couple Dynamic pilots here.

I think with the A&P and a security clearance you have a good chance of getting noticed here.

Not sure what the hiring is going to be like through the end of the year. I do know that we have a couple more DHC-8's heading out to the sandbox in the spring or summer time. Not sure what the U21's and C12's look like for open positions atm but there is always some attrition.

I'm also a civilian that is interested in working for a company like Avenge/Dynamic. Is it common for pilots without a security clearance but otherwise well-qualified to get on with these type of companies? Also, what is the outlook like for overseas DoD contracting companies in the next few years considering the looming budget cuts? Thanks

I have 2300TT, 1100 SIC SF340, and 1000PIC (CFI). I kept sending them my resume until they finally sent me an email saying stop applying we have better qualified people. Of course the email put it in a much nicer way.

My plan is to go to AMF next year for a year or three and then try and get on with an overseas contracting company flying King Airs or something similar. I have King Air time and I can't imagine 135 freight time would hurt anything.

Would they consider someone with prior Air Force 14N experience but meeting the minimums on flight time?

Do you have an A&P and a security clearance? Did you have an internal reference?

No A&P ,No Reference, have been given clearance to fly into Guantanamo Bay not sure if that counts for anything. But no military clearance.

A&P and security clearance aside, is he otherwise "over qualified" for what they typically hire?

I'm wondering that too.
