Yes, the long form application resembles airline apps, and you complete that prior to testing.

Atleast if im not I can put it out of my mind... Thanks

Times look good, but you need an internal rec and or to attend a job fair.

ahhh so the job fair actually does mean something... I was told it was just a waste of money... I'll go to the next one as I have no internal rec.

Thanks for the heads up

Expensive? Yes! I spent over $900 going to the job fair in Vegas, for a few minutes to talk to a recruiter and watch the Spirit presentation.

Was it worth it? Yes! The presentation was cool, I met a lot of really great people and furthered my education with the airline industry. Whether I get a job or not, it added to my growing experience, that alone makes it worth it.

I am not sure if I'll get an interview, but I can guarantee you the only reason I got the long app was because of the Job Fair.

Did you fill out an application before talking to the recruiters? Did you meet the 4000tt?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I filled out the short application prior, and I'm just shy of the 4000TT.
About 3700TT, 2200TPIC, instructor, evaluator, Chief Pilot, 4 year degree.
With simulator time I'm at 4001TT.
