Default CFI job at Sterling Flight Training (KJAX)

Hey guys, I work for Sterling Flight Training in Jacksonville, FL. I was asked by one of our administrators to post this on the forums and see what kind of response we recieved. We currently have a few CFIs who are 2+ year vets. However, a couple of them are also Part135 pilots for the charter company we are partnered with and the other is swamped with CFI students as it is. We continue to get requests weekly for CFI training and we offer a great program, the problem is that we currently don't have the staff to meet the demand. You can expect 100+ billable hours a month (this includes ground and flight time... They are usually split about 50/50 or 60/40) and our work load has been steadily increasing. The charter company has also been expanding at an outstanding rate (just added 3 new aircraft to the fleet over the past few months and we are looking to add more) so there are also employment opportunites with that if you put in the time at the flight school and the need is there. PM me and I will give you an email so you can send a resume.
