Sound advice from Johnburke, again.
Oddly enough,
Two jobs have been posted recently on climbto350 that I have personally found to be BS. The first was everts air. Following the link from climbto350 to their website to their jobs page, I was quick to note that they tell applicants that they constantly update their website, and that jobs not posted were filled. Strike 1. There was no pilot hiring! I sent in an email asking when the last time they needed a pilot was, and they claimed they hadn't had a need or advertise for one for a long time.

By the way, if you respond to an ad for an FE and the objective on your resume states "Corporate Pilot" you save me a lot of reading!

What company do you work for?

Repetitive jobs
I did gives this website a try, %95 is charter jobs and same companies keep reposting same jobs over and over. I wonder why?
Most jobs looking for experience:
Citations, Hawker, Learjet, Gulfstream.
Some caravans jobs with TT1200 minimum.
I don't think anyone had their TT1500 h will look for this type of jobs

Around 8 or 9 years ago I signed up for climbto350 and searched it for jobs. It was a time of very little hiring. It wasn't good for much. But, I did end up getting one "job" off of it. It was actually a buy in to a part-135 operation. I spent like 3 years of my life working on that and when all was said and done ending up losing about 15K on the whole venture and a big chunk of my life that I could have been doing something else. The point being that not everything on there ends up being a "job" in the traditional sense. Some of it is people/companies fishing around for pilots desperate enough to take bad/questionable deals.
And, as many have mentioned already, probably the majority of the jobs listed don't really exist. Companies will keep posting openings that have already been filled just to keep the resumes flowing. HR managers and recruiters have to justify their jobs so at smallish companies they'll just keep on advertising and even talking to potential pilots as if there are vacancies even when there are no current vacancies. I've talked to recruiters who have told me this. I'd say, "I see you are advertising for pilots and I might have someone", and they'd say "We don't really need pilots, I just keep re-posting the climbto350 job because it's paid for".
Anyway, sometimes stuff on there seems legit, but there is also a lot of stuff that is just a waste of time to pursue. Like someone mentioned, it's best use is probably as a trend monitor and as something that might alert you to a POSSIBLE job, but I wouldn't waste time applying to a job whose only background is being on climbto350.
As a side note, in the mid-90s when I was a flight instructor and had around 1000 hours of flight time I bought a book about corporate flying that had an appendix of the addresses of every corporate flight department in America. It was around 100-200 addresses. I wrote a letter and bought a couple hundred envelopes and stamps and mailed every single one of them asking about the possibility of future jobs. I didn't receive a single reply!!! It's a waste of time (and money) to use a shotgun approach to finding a pilot job. Research, research, research and then target, target, target. Be patient.

It is legit. I get 5-10 resumes a day from them. Most are unqualified for our large 121 ops, but I forward them to our 135 DO.
Indeed.com is also a good place to find pilot jobs if you use "pilot, aviation" in the search engine. That's where I found my current gig.
